Assistant Prosecuting Attorney assigned to the Civil Division. The attorney will be responsible for conducting research and providing legal opinions to various county officials. Additionally, the attorney will be handling contracts, delinquent tax and foreclosures, and other legal matters that the civil division may require.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed attorney in good standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio
2 years of experience working as an attorney
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to conduct in-depth legal research
Capable of working independently and confident in making decisions
Committed to working full-time in person
